Your Life Plan: A Framework to Introspection and a Compass for Purpose

A couple of years ago, I found myself in a situation where I felt like I was moving backwards in life. I had just broken up with my girlfriend at the time and had to move in with my Dad again (Love you Padre). At the same time, my friends were getting married, buying houses and making babies. I asked myself questions such as “Why am I here?” and “How did I end up here?” when it struck me: I DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WANTED! As a result, life threw me from left to right and I just reacted without a true direction and purpose.

This situation lead me to question myself and I started looking for answers. At least now, I already knew the cause of this situation, being the “not knowing” or “not knowing precisely enough”. I decided to take a journey inward to really try and find out what it is I want from life. During this research and journey, I came across various concepts that helped me put together a framework for a “Life Plan”.
